Alessandra Bono
Alessandra Bono graduated from the University of Turin and received a Post-graduate Diploma in Comparative Law at the Strasbourg International University.
She was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2015.
She is a lecturer at the BAU International Academy of Rome courses on intellectual property matters “Internationalization, patents and copyright: how to copyright your intellectual property to achieve competitive advantage” and “International Business Course”.
She is a member of International Trademark Association (INTA).

Gabriella Napolano
Graduated from LUISS Guido Carli in 2009, with top marks, and in 2011 she obtained a Diploma of Specialisation for the Legal Professions from the Sapienza University of Rome.
She has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2014.
She deals with civil law and has gained significant experience in civil liability and insurance law, providing legal advice and assistance to leading national and international insurance companies, as well as to public bodies and private companies operating in the health sector.
She speaks Italian and English.

Francesco Rizzo
Francesco Rizzo graduated at the University la Sapienza of Rome with an experimental thesis in Comparative Private Law, with a part of the research activity carried out at the Utrecht Universiteit.
He obtained a Master's degree in European Private Law at the University la Sapienza of Rome. He is enrolled in the Rome Bar since October 2013.
After gaining considerable experience in civil litigation and compliance (privacy, antitrust, etc.), he specialized in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law and in particular in the activities of identification, protection and enhancement of the intangible assets of companies as well as in activities related to incentives and incentives for innovation (Patent Box, Tax Credit Research, Development, Innovation and Design, Industry 4.0, etc.).
He is the author of the book "Know-how - Quello che le Imprese non dicono..." (2022).

Micaela Unfer graduated at the University of Trieste (Italy), Law School, with an experimental dissertation entitled “The Unitary Patent: advantages and disadvantages for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”.
In 2012 she joined the "Erasmus programme" at the Université du Sud Toulon - Var (France).
In 2013 she completed a practical training period in a law firm specialized in Intellectual Property Law in Munich (Germany) and in 2016 worked as an intern at the Electrolux Italia S.p.A.’s Patent Office.
She has been enrolled at the Register of Milan’s Lawyers since 2021.
She has been a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) since 2022.
She speaks Italian, English, French and German.
