Alessio Altorio graduated in Law at the Luiss Guido Carli in Rome.
During his studies he collaborated with the chair of ICT and Law. He was admitted to Rome Bar in 2013.
He also attended the specialization course in "Blockchain for Business - An introduction to Hyperledger Technologies" of the edX Institute. He has been a legal advisor at the Salone del Mobile in Milan for the year 2017.
From 2017 he is also a lecturer at the BAU International Academy of Rome as part of the courses "Internationalization, patents and copyright: how to copyright your intellectual property to achieve competitive advantage" and "International Business Course".
He has also been a lecturer at the IED Rome, Istituto Europeo Design and speaker at conferences held at Category Associations on the theme of enhancement and protection of technological innovation. He is a member of AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property since 2009.

She is a member of International Trademark Association (INTA).

Alberto Landi graduated from the L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University of Rome and earned the Masterof Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property at W.I.P.O. – University of Turin.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2015.
He is the author of publications on Giurisprudenza Italiana and Contratto e Impresa/Europa.
He is a member of Licensing Executive Society (LES), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and International Trademark Association (INTA).
He speaks Italian, English and French.
Gabriella Napolano graduated in law at Luiss University in Rome and achieved the diploma of specialization for the legal professions at La Sapienza University in Rome.
She has admitted to the Roman Bar in 2014.
She writes articles for magazines and newspapers and appears as lecturer in conventions and seminars.

Francesco Rizzo graduated in law at Sapienza University of Rome, with an experimental thesis in Comparative Private Law of which a large part of the research activity carried out at Utrecht Universiteit.
He received a Master’s degree in European Private Law at Sapienza University of Rome. He was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2013.

Flavia Bartolazzi gratuated in Law from “Tor Vergata” University of Rome discussing a case in Muslim and Islamic States Law, with particular reference to foreign Companies’role in the economic post conflict reconstruction in Iraq.

Dott.ssa Lorenza Massone
Lorenza Massone graduated from the University of Turin. She participated to the Erasmus program, attending courses held by the Universidad del Pais Vasco in San Sebastian.

Dott.ssa Micaela Unfer
Attending the University of Trieste, on 2015 she obtains a Post-graduate Diploma in Law, discussing a dissertation entitled: “The Unitary Patent: advantages and disadvantages of SMEs”, written with the support of a Law and Consulting Firm specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law based in Udine.
On 2012 she attends the Erasmus Study Program at the Université du Sud Toulon-Var (France) and an International Summer School entitled “Consumer rights: ADR and collective redress”. On 2013, she undertakes the Erasmus Placement Program, consisting of a traineeship in a Law and Consulting IP Firm based in Munich (Germany).
On 2016, she fulfills an internship in Electrolux S.p.A., Group Patent, based in Porcia (Italy), with a project entitled “UPP and UPC. Impact analysis for Electrolux – new possible patent protection strategies”, presented and shared with the Central Division in Sweden and branch offices throughout Europe and South America.
From October 2016, she is practicing law at Studio Legale Improda law firm.
She speaks fluently Italian, English and French and has an intermediate level of German.
