Micaela Unfer graduated from the University of Trieste with an experimental thesis in Industrial Law and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since November 2021.

Through her legal practice and early professional experience, she has developed solid expertise in industrial law and intellectual property, both in advisory and litigation matters.

She holds a second-level Executive Master’s degree in Open Innovation & Intellectual Property from LUISS Business School, through which she acquired advanced economic and strategic skills in innovation and technology transfer, the subject of her Master’s thesis.

Micaela Unfer has carried out in-depth research in the field of artificial intelligence, specializing in corporate compliance with the European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence.

She has lectured at the seminar “The protection of industrial engineering inventions” IX Training cycle on the topic “Industrial and Intellectual Property at the University of Florence – SOFT AND COMPLEMENTARY SKILLS”, Functional Unit KTO-Intellectual/Industrial Property and joint laboratories of the University of Florence.

Micaela Unfer is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI International) and an active member of the Youth Group of the Italian Group within AIPPI International.
