Gabriella Napolano has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2014. She graduated with honors from LUISS Guido Carli University and completed her professional training with a Specialization Diploma in Legal Professions from Sapienza University of Rome.
After initially focusing on civil litigation, she developed consolidated expertise in insurance law, civil liability, and professional liability.
Gabriella Napolano assists leading insurance companies as well as public and private healthcare providers in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, offering tailored solutions for the efficient management of claims and participating in assessment committees, with a preventive and strategic approach.
She regularly takes part in conferences, forums and round tables dedicated to professional liability and risk management in the healthcare sector.
Gabriella Napolano is a member of the Technical and Scientific Committee of Si.Ge.Ris. – Italian Society of Healthcare Risk Managers.
