Flavia Bartolazzi obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata with a thesis on Muslim and Islamic Law and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since March 2021. She has completed advanced training in administrative procedural law and public contracts with the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers and LUMSA University, attended specialized courses in Europlanning, and obtained a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Sole 24 Ore Business School.

During her professional career, she has gained significant experience in civil litigation and compliance matters, including privacy and organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Her practice primarily focuses on civil and commercial law, insurance law, debt collection and national and international contracts.

She has also developed specialized expertise in legal design, technology law, cyber risk and data protection, and serves as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Flavia Bartolazzi regularly delivers training and lectures on privacy matters to both private entities and public bodies.

She has also lectured on tourism and transport law at LUMSA University and within the academic program Internet of Humans and Things – Big Data at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
