Founder of Improda Studio Legale, Alberto Improda has over twenty years of professional experience in corporate law, following ten years of practice at Studio Legale Biamonti. He has developed recognized expertise in corporate law, with a particular focus on innovation and intellectual property.

He is actively engaged in academic and educational activities and currently holds the following positions:

• Lecturer in Economics of Complex Organisations at the ISIA University Institute in Rome;
• Senior Fellow at the University Institute of European Studies, University of Turin;
• Lecturer in Law, Environmental Certification and Contract Law at ITS Academy Sistema Moda, Rome;
• Adjunct Lecturer at the LUISS Business School in Rome and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.

Alberto Improda also holds numerous leadership and advisory roles within institutional, cultural, and associative organisations, including:
