Cristiana Brega graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University with a degree in Industrial Law and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).

She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2004.

She has developed recognized expertise in intellectual property, copyright, and art law.

Cristiana Brega assists Italian and international clients, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, in connection with the production and distribution of audiovisual and multimedia works, discography and music publishing, print and digital publishing, as well as the promotion and circulation of works of art.

Her practice also covers the protection of trademarks, patents, designs, know-how, and other industrial property rights, as well as matters relating to advertising and unfair competition.

She has taught and continues to teach at the LUISS Observatory of Intellectual Property, Competition and Communications.

She has also served as a contract lecturer at BAU Rome and is currently a contract lecturer at the IED – European Institute of Design.

Cristiana Brega is a member of LES and ALAI Italia.
