Furthermore, the FIRM advises public and private subjects on the establishment of various forms of public and private partnerships, such as project financing, participatory foundations, the establishment of legal persons ONLUS, and so on. Our team of experts and consultants also provides legal support to its clients throughout all the phases of the securitisation and factoring procedures. It provides judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance, with particular reference to administrative disputes.

The FIRM today represents a solid reality in the domestic panorama of legal and strategic assistance to enterprises, complex organizations and institutions.

The FIRM provides a service for the monitoring of parliamentary and institutional works, offering its clients an operational tool fit to verify the national and regional legal systems on an ongoing basis, by conducting specific research studies on economic, legal and institutional subjects, both as the basis for a legislative guidance work, for an in-depth analysis of the key issues which determine the customer’s growth, and for facilitating their establishment at European and International level.

The FIRM develops strategies, projects and actions aimed at building consensus on its customers’ social, industrial and political initiatives, developing for the purpose communication, public relations, public affairs, relations with media and consensus building projects.

The FIRM defines the most appropriate strategies through an in-depth analysis of the scenario of reference, and identifies the course to be followed in order to achieve the preset targets: monitoring of the territory, lobbying and relations with the central and local institutions, relations with the media, and strategic communication.
